A detailed and well differentiated lesson for Edexcel Citizenship GCSE 9-1 - ‘Living together in the UK’ (Theme A). This lesson focuses on local government and services, the role played by both, how they are funded and operate and finally the distinction between councillors ad officers - as stipulated in the Spec.

This is half term two of the EC Resources Complete Year 8 PSHE Pack. This bundle includes 7 hours’ worth of lessons. It also includes a detailed scheme of work and an assessment pack, full of optional assessment ideas. This pack focuses on extremism, radicalisation, British Values, prejudice and discrimination and cults.
All of the lesson packs are complete with detailed, well-differentiated and easy to follow PowerPoints, accompanying differentiated worksheets, information sheets, clip links with questions, plenaries, clear LOs, starters and engaging activities. A Diversity Drop Down Day Pack - A set of 6 lessons to cover a Citizenship / PSHE Drop Down Day (6 hours) which could be use with either KS3 or KS4 as an off time-table day for the end of term.

Created to run over 2 x 25 minute Tutor Time sessions, this lesson is an introduction to British far-right extremism and so-called ‘Tommy Robinson’. It could just as easily be used as an hour long Citizenship or PSHE session as there is a lot to talk about and lots of tasks to cover.

The pack covers all themes of the AQA Spec (and therefore largely the same content as Edexcel and OCR - but this was created for AQA).

6 x worksheets of 8 mark exam practice questions and 6 x easy to follow peer assessment mark schemes for Citizenship GCSE 9-1. No AQA past exam questions have been used here - all of these are brand new (but created by an experienced AQA marker, based on how the questions are always structured).
The mark schemes have been completely rewritten to put them into student speak, so this pack could easily be split into homeworks or plenaries you can get the students to mark - so no extra work for you.
